These Terms and Conditions are applicable to any individual, legal entity, public entity, state or not, that accesses, downloads, uses, reuses and/or redistributes information contained in the site, directly or through a computer application. Through this platform, the aim is to encourage the participation of citizens in deciding how municipal and national budgets are spent, by engaging in the generation, selection and monitoring of novel and viable proposals, with the aim of improving their quality of life.
